As of June 8, 2025, all subscriptions to Business Unlocked are free, and no payments are required. Therefore, no refunds are applicable for free subscriptions.

Future Paid Subscriptions

If we introduce paid subscription services in the future:

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for paid subscriptions, regardless of the reason for cancellation. Once a subscription is purchased, the fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law, such as the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law (73 P.S. § 201-1 et seq.).

Trial Periods

If we offer a trial period for paid subscriptions:

Cancellation Before Trial Ends: You must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the trial period ends to avoid being billed. To cancel, follow the instructions in our Cancellation Policy outlined below.

Failure to Cancel: If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will be automatically enrolled in the paid subscription, and the applicable fees will be charged. No refunds will be provided for charges incurred after the trial ends.
